Pathfinder is a B.M.E Housing Association governed and regulated by the HCA.
At Pathfinder we are committed to providing key workers, Ministry of Defence (MoD) serving and ex serving personnel with value for money, quality accommodation at an accessible price.
We recognise the important role played by key-workers and MoD personnel in enhancing the quality of the lives of those living in towns and cities all across Britain. We aim to provide viable options of housing, set within environments conducive to enhancing the lives and wellbeing of these key workers.
Pathfinder are currently looking at sourcing further properties to add to our housing provision in order to provide for these overlooked groups of individuals, who in ordinary circumstances would not otherwise qualify for social housing of the traditional manner or be able to afford to purchase their own homes.
Pathfinder also seeks to provide temporary housing solutions in times of need.
